Keema Naan by Spinning Grillers Pita Oven. Naan Bread stuffed with ground chicken and spices.
• 4 Cups flour (all purpose flour)
• 1 Cup of Milk
• 2 Eggs
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• Olive oil.
Put all the wet ingredients in a ball and start adding the dry ingredients. Sprinkle the flour slowly. Add some olive oil and kneed the mixer for about 5 minutes.
Let the dough rest for about 30-45 minutes covered.
Make your meat mixture to stuff your inside your Naan. The possibility is endless.
Tip for stuffing Naan. Put the mixer in the middle of the dough and then close the dough same way you make a dumpling. Then use the rolling pin to roll the bread into shape.
